The festival runs over Labour Weekend from October 21-24
Early bird prices until Sept 20
The 10th Big Band Festival will open with a bang. From 6.00-6.45 the Burnside High Big Band and Strings will perform some great arrangements by their director, Chris Petch.
Then from 7.30-8.45 the newly formed and already highly acclaimed All Girls Big Band will do a Natalie Cole tribute show. A wonderful start to a great weekend!

The Christchurch Big Band Festival has been organised and run by a committee of volunteers from local Big Bands and groups with common interest since 2007. It is currently run in collaboration with The Christchurch Jazz Foundation Trust which was formed in 2015 and is a Charitable Trust. Read more.
